Reminder! CHE Employee Wellness Day

Great morning Colleagues,

Trust that we are all doing good and looking forward to our Wellness Day tomorrow. Please don't forget to reserve your spot for the 'Corporate Massage' and 'Health Risk Assessments', both the sessions will take about 10-15 minutes per person.
Please secure your spot by signing up with Surprise @HR, it's on a first-come first-served basis so hurry up before all prime spots are taken.

CHE Employee Wellness Day 2019

Dear Colleagues,

The much-awaited CHE Employee Wellness Day is finally here:

Date: 12 April 2019 - this Friday.
Venue: CHE building and there will be separate venues for the other activities on the day which will be clearly marked.

As previously mentioned, on the day there will be three activities that will take place, which are:
• Health Risk Assessments -10-15 minutes per person,
• Corporate Massages – 10-minute Stress relieving head and shoulder massages per person,
• Work-Life Balance Workshop 09h00 – 11h00, all staff members.

Employees are encouraged to register for the first two individual sessions earliest tomorrow morning. The registrations can be done with Ms Surprise Mmotong in person, no registration via email will be accepted.

The "Work-Life Balance Workshop" taking place at Murisi from 09h00 to 11h00 will be facilitated by Counselling Psychologist Nkateko Ndala-Magoro.
Nkateko has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of Psychology, as a registered counselling psychologist in private practice. Her expertise is in relationship and family issues, leadership development and
facilitating of workshops and delivering of psycho-educational talks at various platforms. Owing to her love for teaching, she enjoys media presence in informing the public on issues of mental health in lay-man’s terms.
She has featured a number of times on the SABCs Chatroom, Vusaseki, Motswako and DSTVs mental health matters, as well as written for True Love, Your Baby magazine and Sowetan Lifestyle.
A detailed programme for the day will be circulated tomorrow morning and we encourage staff to see Surprise at HR and register.

Introduction of the new CHE intranet

Effective from 09:00 am today, we will be shutting down the current intranet site and membership to the new intranet site will be sent via email and the site will also be accessible via the che website (https://www.che.ac.za) on the "System Access" tab.
